A Little Bit About Portia...
Portia loves life here in Lorena, TX! Like all of our beautiful Dobermans, she lives in our home. Her favorite things include biting at the water sprinklers. and chasing the neighbors little dog up and down the fence line. She is the most well behaved dog you will ever meet. When we take the dogs out for walks neighbor know her and will come to the street to greet her and pet her head.
Favorite toy- Jammer the poodle
Favorite activity- snuggling on the couch
Favorite treat- carrots
Commands I know- sit, down, stay, shake both hands, seated high five, pray, drop on recall, stands to help a seated person stand
When people meet me they say... "She is gorgeous!"

Portia's Sire- Rambo de Britton (WS30912005)
Rambo is a breath-taking red and rust European Doberman that is 31 inches tall at the withers and currently weighs 115 pounds. He is still maturing and will most likely be 125-130 pounds after he fills out. Rambo has a wonderful temperament, agility, and is extremely smart. Rambo came to stay at our house for the night the first time we met him. As you can see from the picture of both of the dogs at the bottom of the screen, he acted like he had known me his whole life- even though he had only been there ten minutes when this picture was taken. He was such a pleasure to have as a guest, and his owner has offered to let him come visit again when people interested in the puppies come to see the litter so that they may meet him as well.
Rambo's sire and dam are superior sized Dobermans bred from bloodlines in Eastern Europe. Rambo's sire is a Young Champion of Serbia, Adult Champion of Serbia, and Adult Champion of Bosnia, among other awards. Sire weighs 132 pounds and is 31 inches tall at the withers. Rambo's dam has many Schutzhund Champions and Seigers in her pedigree and is 110 pounds and 30 inches tall. Both are free of hip-elbow dysplasia, PHTVL.PHV- eyes clear, vWD clear, and cardio normal.
Rambo recently was found to be a carrier for vWD despite being clear by parentage. This is not a problem for our puppies because Stella is clear. A carrier for vWD does not have medical problems or have symptoms of the bleeding disorder. None of our puppies will exhibit symptoms or be affect of vWD. This only occurs when you breed a carrier with another carrier or an affected dog (click here for more information). Stella is clear and Rambo is a carrier.
